Introvert Hangover
An introvert hangover is the exhaustion you feel after too much socializing. For introverts, it’s that drained, overwhelmed feeling that comes when we've spent too much time around people, and our energy feels completely spent. It’s your mind and body signaling that they need a break.
You might feel tired, irritable, or just in need of some quiet space. It’s okay to honor that feeling and take time for yourself.
How to Recover:
- Step away from social settings and find a calm space to be alone.
- Cancel plans if you need to. It’s okay to put yourself first.
- Let your body and mind unwind in silence, doing something that soothes you.
Remember, it’s okay to rest. You don’t have to apologize for needing space to reset.
